ILOE Insurance Register, Fine Payment, Claim

The UAE’s Unemployment Insurance Scheme started on January 1, 2023, with a grace period extended to October 1, 2023. It covers all Emirati and foreign workers. Employees who didn’t enroll face a Dhs400 fine. The scheme offers up to three months of compensation for job loss.

  • Applies to Emirati and foreign workers in private, and public sectors, and free zones.
  • Apply through the Dubai Insurance website, Al Ansari Exchange, or government centers.
  • Costs: Category A (salary ≤ Dhs16,000) pay Dhs5/month, Category B (salary > Dhs16,000) pay Dhs10/month.
  • Compensation up to 60% of salary for a maximum of 3 months.
  • Non-enrollment fines: Dhs400 for not subscribing, Dhs200 for not paying premiums for >3 months.

How to Register with ILOE

1. Visit the official website of ILOE

2. Subscribe for new service

3. Select an Individual than Private, Federal Government or Non registered in MOHRE

4. Enter your Emirates ID Number and Phone Number

5. Request OTP and enter the 4-digit number received in your mobile number

6. After that the system will tell you in which category your salary will fall and how much fine you will receive

7. On the main page you can buy policies for 12 months, 6 months, 3 months and 1 month up to 2 years

8. Enter your email and pay with a debit card or at Al Ansari exchange center

ILOE Insurance Check Fine

  1. Go to the MOHRE Website
  2. Select EIDA(Emirates ID CARD)
  3. Enter Emirates ID Number
  4. Your fine will be shown with the Payment Option
